PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Order will be made through email.
2. Full confirmation payment is required.
3. Payment is non-refundable if order is cancelled within 1 week of delivery date.
4. Please confirm order 2 days before delivery date.
5. Express Delivery will be additional RM50.00 (delivered within 3 working days)
6. We accept payment with cash, cheque, Credit Cards, CIMB clicks and Maybank2u.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hassle free package subject to minimum party order of 15 guests or RM 555, whichever is higher.
2. 50% confirmation deposit is required.
3. Confirmation deposit is non-refundable if order is cancelled within 1 week of party date.
4. Please confirm order and theme at least 7 days before party date.
5. All bookings are based on a 1st pay 1st serve basis.
6. The Costume Mansion is not liable for delays/events beyond its control e.g traffic jams, accidents, breakdowns, floods and etc.
7. We accept payment with cash or cheque.
